Zendesk Keyboard Shortcuts | Speed Up Responding to Tickets

Zendesk is the most popular platform for businesses to respond to customers' queries. The flexibility and user-friendly interface of Zendesk helps the Support agent to complete their tasks. To speed up responding to the incoming tickets, Zendesk keyboard shortcuts can help you.

Normally, keyboard shortcuts save your time in navigation. Making a new comment, choosing a macro, and updating tickets will become easier with shortcut keys.

Earlier, we have discussed basic computer shortcut keys, Teams keyboard shortcuts, and Twitter keyboard shortcuts. The shortcut keys will vary depending upon the platform you use.
